Chubut, Argentina.- The photos taken on February 6, 2024 show the fire in Los Alerces Park, which is advancing towards Esquel, causing the preventive evacuation of the residents of Río Percy, the upper part of the City of Esquel. The fire started on January 25 in Los Alerces National Park and then spread within provincial jurisdiction, destroying more than 3,500 hectares of native forest.
