The Mendoza Truck Owners Association (Aprocam) reported that there are at least 2,000 trucks stranded and indicated that "the situation is serious" due to the snow and rain storm last week that destroyed stretches of road on the Chilean side, where landslides were recorded that left large rocks in the middle of the road.
