Rosario, Argentina - In a photo taken on 20 June 2024, Argentine President Javier Milei led a Flag Day ceremony in the city of Rosario to commemorate the 204th anniversary of General Manuel Belgrano's passage to immortality. The head of state decided to cut short his trip to Italy and Switzerland in order to be present in the country for the national celebrations on 17 June (the passing to immortality of General Don Martín Miguel de Güemes) and on the 20th of the month (the passing to immortality of General Manuel Belgrano).
